# How to update a rank role of a member of your server

1. Make sure you have `MANAGE_GUILD` Permissions
2. Right Click on the user in your member list or chat, select Apps from the context menu and then `Update Rank Role`<br>
3. If the user is linked with the system, the rank should be forced updated for that user
